Grandma's Donut Recipe

Here I show you how to make donuts the way my grandma did. These are fried donuts that are fluffy and delicious to serve on any occasion, I guarantee you will like it! For the preparation you only need wheat flour, milk, eggs, yeast, sugar, margarine and a pinch of salt. Then just follow the step by step of this recipe for granny's fried donuts and enjoy!

Ingredients for making Grandma's Donuts:

 600 grams of wheat flour

 260 milliliters of milk

 2 eggs

 10 grams of dry biological yeast

 100 grams of margarine

 40 grams of sugar (¼ cup)

 8 grams of salt

 vanilla essence to taste

 frying oil

 sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle

How to make Grandma's Donuts:

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well for about 10 minutes. Then shape into a ball and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, roughly one finger thick, and cut the donuts to the desired size. Let the cut dough rest for approximately 10 minutes.

Heat the oil, but not too much so that the donuts don't bake on the outside and are raw on the inside. Place the donuts, frying until golden and remove to a paper towel, to absorb some of the oil.
